
- Ensure your seatbelt is fastened whenever the seatbelt sign is illuminated. Even the seatbelt sign has turned off, it is recommended to try to remain seated and keep your seatbelt on during the flight.
- After boarding, please stow your carry-on luggage in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you, take your seat, and fasten your seatbelt.
- Before takeoff, pay attention to the safety briefing on emergency evacuation procedures and the use of survival equipment. Look for the location of the nearest emergency exits and read the relevant safety instructions.
- During takeoff and landing, ensure your seatback is upright and your tray table is stowed.
- Follow the airline's guidelines to switch your electronic devices to off or flight mode during takeoff and landing. Adhere to the instructions for using electronic devices during the flight.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes), and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in the cabin, including the lavatories.
- Passengers seated in emergency exit rows should be prepared to assist with evacuation in an emergency.
- After landing, passengers must remain seated with their seatbelts fastened until the aircraft has come to a complete stop and the seatbelt sign has turned off.
- While on board the flight, read the "Safety Instructions" and "Passenger Information on Emergency Exit Row Seat" carefully.
- In normal circumstances, do not touch the aircraft doors or any switches.
- Keep other passengers clear of the emergency exit door until the crew members securely open it.
- Follow the crew members’ instructions, open the emergency exit door after confirming the safety outside the aircraft.
- After the emergency exit door is properly opened and the evacuation slide is fully inflated, assist other passengers to evacuate as quickly as possible.
- Passenger who is unable or do not agree to perform the above tasks should not occupy an emergency exit row seat.
- Passengers must leave all baggage behind to prevent obstructing other passengers and damaging the evacuation slide, which may render it unusable.
- Remove high-heeled shoes and any sharp objects before evacuation, for avoiding the damage of the evacuation slide.
- Photography and filming is prohibited, for avoiding the delay of your own and others' evacuation.
Points to note when using the slide - When sliding down the evacuation slide, keep feet shoulder-width apart, put both arms out, sit up straight and leaning slightly forward to ensure you can see your landing point. - After evacuating from the aircraft, follow the instructions of the crew members or ground rescue members to quickly move to a safe assembly point away from the aircraft. - Passengers providing assistance should stand on either side of the slide, help others coming down from the slide to stand up quickly by taking their arms and move them away from the slide area immediately to prevent injuries.
