Aeronautical License Management System Online Service (ALMS)

In conjunction with the e-Government policy, AACM has launched the “Aeronautical License Management System Online Service (ALMS)” through which the applicant can make online submission. The applicant may register his/her ALMS account through the following link https://licensing.aacm.gov.mo/alms-pub using their “Macao One Account” login information; with the approval of the AACM, the applicant may then apply for the following services electronically.

 

Currently, the available services are:

  1. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
  2. Medical Certificate Renewal (Class 1 and Class 3)
  3. Examinations booking (for MAR-66, pilot and Language Proficiency Test)
  4. Declaration of License Information/Enforcement/Accident and Notification of injury and unfit (pilot and ATC)
  5. Flight crew licence
  6. Air traffic controller licence
  7. Flight operations officer licence

In addition to the ALMS portal mentioned above, starting from 3 July 2026, the following aeronautical licensing services in ALMS are also available in the “Macao One Account” platform web portal (https://account.gov.mo/zh-hant/login) or mobile app. Applicant can apply and submit the application directly through the platform.   

  1. Application for Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
  2. Application of Class 1 & Class 3 medical certificate
  3. Booking of pilot license written examinations (ATPL and conversion)
  4. Booking of language proficiency test
  5. Booking of AMEL examinations
  6. Application for Declaration of license information
  7. Notification of Injury (Pilots and ATC)

“Smart Collect” Service in ALMS!

The AACM Aeronautical Licensing Online Services now includes the government’s “Smart Collect” pickup option. This service utilizes automated smart cabinets located at 24-hour government self-service centers across Macau, Taipa, and Hengqin. By selecting this option for eligible licensing applications, users can enjoy greater flexibility and convenience by collecting their approved documents at any time.
