Meanwhile requiring the aviation industry operators to strictly comply with the necessary epidemic prevention measures, AACM has formed a volunteer team comprising internal staff of different professional categories to support the anti-epidemic work in the frontline. Together we fight against the virus in a concerted effort with the community and hope for the resumption of normal community life at the earliest opportunity.
The AACM volunteer team is divided into sub-groups with each taking shift on separate days in the NAT test centre at St. Joseph College 2nd Branch. Our volunteers helped in the registration, gave guidance to people, kept queue discipline, and managed supplies.
To render support to the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre on the promotion of the epidemic prevention measures in the community, AACM deployed staff and entity vehicles to help in the daily patrol and broadcasting in Taipa and would give advice to people in case of non-compliance.
