Root Cause Analysis Workshop 2025 2025-05-20
The Civil Aviation Authority invited the professional instructor of Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organisation to lecture "Root Cause Analysis Workshop 2025" from 19 to 20 May 2025. The training has equipped 16 participants from the Authority and the local aviation industry with hands-on experience through practical exercises, case studies, and knowledge-sharing sessions to master root cause identification techniques and preventive solution implementation methods, in order to enhance the safety management capabilities of the participants.
